of classroom management ensure proper classroom management and discipline.

Analyze the different elements of personal/physical classroom management and answer the
following questions.

1. How does the voice of the teacher affect classroom instruction?

The voice of the teacher should be modulated and can be heard by the entire class, by doing
this teacher can catch the attention of the entire class. One of the good characteristics of a
teacher is it should have well-modulated voice therefor students will clearly hear the information
and they will not get bored during the discussion.

2. How does the punctuality of the teacher affect classroom discipline?

teacher should be the first and last person to leave the classroom to ensure that all of his/her
students is safe and got home. Teacher should know how to manage his/her time, to make sure
that all the knowledge, lessons, or topic are being discussed before the end of the school year.
Teacher is the role model of the students, that’s why to become a good role model you should
be punctual and always on time.

3. Why do we need to check on the physical aspects of classroom management?

Physical aspects of classroom are important because it motivate the students to learn and study
more, students should feel safe and comfortable inside the classroom so they can focus on
studying. Classroom should be safe and away from danger, tools, equipment’s and materials
should regularly examine to know if they are still safe to use.

4. What are your plans in ensuring effective classroom management?

To ensure effective classroom management teacher should set rules and regulation inside the
classroom, it was proven and tested that classroom rules and regulation contribute a lot in
managing and controlling students behavior.
