On December 16, 2023 a case of Homicide against the suspect was referred to the office of the City

prosecutor, Naga City and docketed under I.S numbers 22-1315 for the, disposition (Appendix AA)
Commitment order was issued by the court and the suspect is subsequently transferred to the BJMP
District Jail, Brgy. Del Rosario, Naga City. The court recommend no bail bond for the temporarily liberty
of the suspect

Discussion

The victim and suspects had personal differences/misunderstandings before the incident. The herein
suspect with treachery, evident premeditation and with intent to kill, shot the herein victim several
times with the use of a Revolver that resulted to the death pf victims after 3-days of treatment in
hospital.

Conclusion

After a care full surroundings this particular incidents, probable cause exists that the herein suspect is
criminally liable, hence, the filing of a homicide case against him is necessary

Recommendation

WHEREFORE, in view pf the foregoing, the undersigned respectfully recommend that the case be
considered solved
