    QUESTIONNAIRE REGARDING DAMAGE TO RESIDENTS 'HOUSES IN RINI RESIDENCE

    With all due respect the above is referred to.

    2. Based on the residents 'complaints, there are cases of damage to the residents' houses (Defect) such
    as cracked walls, leaking pipes in the walls, damaged floor tiles and others.

    3. The PPRR Committee will help collect data and send it to the developer and apply if the developer can
    help the affected residents.

    4. The PPRR Committee would like to emphasize that this is only a process to help the affected
    residents, as based on the law, the warranty period has expired and most of the damage occurs after the home
    renovation process. There is no promise from the committee, the developer will help solve the problem of
    damage. The decision of the developer is final.

    5. Residents facing this problem can fill out the Questionnaire (Google Form) no later than 12 May 2022
    (Thursday), at 5.00 pm at the following link:
