    I am writing this letter to ask for your approval to excuse the list of students provided

    below as they will be having an appointment in claiming their NBI clearance on Calbayog City,

    Western Samar. The NBI clearance will be used as a one of the requirements that needs to be

    accomplished in taking the Registered Master Electrician board examination.
