There is no change to your premium, so you don’t need to do anything.

This product meets the demands and needs of an individual who wants cover for their musical instruments and/or
equipment in the event of loss, theft or accidental damage.

If you need to make any further changes, please contact us. You should also check the replacement values of your
instruments regularly, as we won’t adjust your cover unless you ask us to. There’s no admin fee to change any details.

Do we have the correct information?
Please tell us if:
• Any of the details on your Certificate of Insurance are incorrect
• Your address has changed
• You no longer own, or have on loan, any of the items covered under this insurance policy
• The replacement value of your instruments/equipment changes
• You are likely to reside outside of the UK for more than 3 consecutive months in any one year
If you don’t, it could result in a claim not being paid and it may affect the cover we provide. If there is anything you don’t

THE DIRECT DEBIT GUARANTEE

This Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that take part in the Direct Debit Scheme. The efficiency and security of the Scheme is
monitored and protected by your own Bank or Building Society. If the amounts to be paid or the payment dates change, Allianz Insurance plc will
notify you 7 days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If any error is made by Allianz Insurance plc or your Bank or
Building Society, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by
writing to your Bank or Building Society. Please also send a copy of your letter to us.
