Case: Sony’s acquisition of Bungie Studios

In this literature review I will talk about the distributive negotiation, since this negotiation
was a company-to-company takeover acquisition, where both parties seek a win/loss with a
fixed pie negotiation based on different other elements of the negotiation framework.
