SANHA DECEPTION ON
THE TASMIYAH ISSUE
RESPONSE TO THE FITNAH OF THE
CARRION FITNAHMAKERS SUCH AS
SANHA AND ITS CRONIES!!!

THE CHICKEN ISSUE – PART 1 – THE FACTS WHICH

PROVE THAT TASMIYAH IS NOT RECITED ON EVERY
ANIMAL CERTIFIED AS HALAAL BY SANHA AND OTHERS

Allah Ta’ala commands: ‘Do not eat of that (animal) on which the
Name of Allah was not recited. Verily, it is fisq (evil and sin). And,
verily, the shayaateen whisper to their friends (such as MJC and
SANHA) to dispute with you (in the endeavour to ‘prove’ that the
Haraam chickens are Halaal). If you follow them (the devils and
their friends, i.e. Iblees, SANHA and MJC), then you too will become
mushrikoon.’ (Surah 6 – Aayat 121)
Every Muslim knows or is supposed to know that if Tasmiyah is omitted before
slaughtering an animal, such meat is Haraam. Many Ulama of different organizations
who visited the Sanha plants – especially the unannounced inspections which evince
reality – have concluded that Tasmiyah is NOT recited on every chicken. Many
slaughterers have themselves, likewise stated under oath that it is impossible to recite
Tasmiyah on every chicken and that Tasmiyah is NOT recited on every chicken.

However, for obvious reasons Sanha is unable to take an oath in the name of Allah
Ta’ala that Tasmiyah is recited on every chicken, unlike the Ulama-e-Haq who
visited such plants of Sanha and issued the correct Fatwa that the Sanha commercial
chickens are Haraam. Nevertheless, Sanha has resorted to satanic deception.

Accordingly, in its Flash News 223, entitled ‘Fitnah of the unnamed’, deliberately
endeavouring to mislead its stupid followers yet again, Sanha makes the following

averment regarding the Tasmiyah issue: “The reality is that it can easily be recited
up to 40 times in a minute. Why don’t you try it?”

The response is simple. The issue is not how many times we could easily recite the
Tasmiyah in one minute. The golden question is: Is the Tasmiyah being recited on
every animal? That’s the issue. Besides, the slaughterers don’t just slaughter for one
minute in the day. They operate for a few HOURS per shift - DAILY. So, we ask
SANHA: Why don’t you try it for a few hours continuously at a time!!!

And the answer is an emphatic NO! Tasmiyah is not recited on every animal! The
evidence is just too much for Sanha to deny – never-mind even responding.
Furthermore, it is not only the Tasmiyah issue. There are many other issues as well.
The requisite neck vessels of millions and millions of chickens are not severed. Many
chickens die from the stunning. The slaughterers don’t even know if the chicken they
are going to ‘slaughter’ (actually, ‘kill’) is dead or alive at the time of slaughtering.
This is besides the fact that the entire slaughtering system prevalent at the
commercial carrion plants is in conflict with the Shariah. According to the Shariah,
it is impossible to slaughter 40 chickens in a minute!!! This is common-sense.

One should not slaughter one animal in front of the other. The animal and the
slaughterer should be facing Qiblah. No pre-slaughter infliction of injury such as
shocking or stunning should take place, etc. etc. How is a person going to slaughter
40 chickens per minute if a person really claims that he loves Allah?

So the issue is the impossibility of slaughtering 40 chickens per minute according to

the Shariah of Allah Ta’ala – i.e. the proper Islamic method of thabah (not Sanha’s
method at Rainbow, Earlybird, etc.)!!! It is not just a single act of Tasmiyah being
recited 40 times in a minute. It is multiple Islamic acts pertaining to thabah which
have to be carried out when slaughtering each and every animal and not only
Tasmiyah. So, don’t allow yourself to be fooled by Sanha.

Sanha and all its stupid followers should be challenged to slaughter 40 chickens per
minute (not Rainbow style, but rather) following all the laws of slaughtering taught
to us by Allah Ta’ala and Nabi Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam and the fitnah-makers
defending Sanha should be challenged and asked: “Why don’t you try it?”

WHY ONLY SANHA CRONIES BEING FOOLED?

What is so surprising is that only Sanha cronies are fooled! To the extent that even
some Molvis, Muffityaas, and moron Ifta students due to their pre-planned

pantomime so-called ‘inspections’ baselessly claim that Tasmiyah can easily be
recited an X amount of times per minute in vindication of the Sanha Shaytaan.
Without applying their minds, they fail to realise that this is not the only issue
pertaining to the carrion saga and they satanically dispute and try to prove that
Tasmiyah is recited on every chicken, despite all the evidence that Tasmiyah is not
recited on every animal and despite the fact that the slaughterers themselves have
stated that they do not recite Tasmiyah on every animal they slaughter.

2400 CHICKENS PER HOUR???

According to Sanha’s mathematics, 40 Tasmiyahs per minute equals to 2400 carrion

chickens per hour. (40 x 60 = 2400). So who is slaughtering 2400 chickens per hour
at the Haraam Sanha plant? Is it the slaughterer or the stupid Muftis, Molvis and
Juhhaal defending Sanha? We are sure everyone knows the answer. Now since the
answer is known, why is it that the slaughterers have stated themselves that they are
incapable of reciting Tasmiyah on every chicken?

Some morons have claimed that the slaughterers were bribed, etc. But, the
slaughterers were complaining all along even before they were allegedly ‘bribed’ as
claimed by the liars and the fitnah-makers! Furthermore, the claims of bribery made
by the sanha apologists are rejected with all the contempt it deserves.

We say to all those defending Sanha: Why don’t you prove to us that you can
slaughter 2400 chickens per hour for a few hours and prove to us that the chickens
are Halaal? “Why don’t you try it?”

So the conclusion, which Sanha is trying to peddle that Tasmiyah could easily be
recited on every chicken, is deceptive, false and totally misleading. Recite it 2400
times upon 2400 chickens non-stop in 1 hour and then we see…..we will see for how
long you can continue and what your salary demand will be after that and then we
could also compare it with the local shop-price of the cheap famous carrion filth
being certified as Halaal by the agents and friends of Shaytaan.

The slaughterer says that he is incapable of reciting Tasmiyah on every chicken. But
the sanha Mufti states that he is capable of reciting Tasmiyah on every chicken. So,
who is lying? And whose word is taken according to the Shariah? According to the
Shariah, the meat of the animal is Haraam because Tasmiyah was not recited on it as
stated by the slaughterer. The slaughterer is the one doing the slaughtering for hours
upon hours and days upon days, not the stupid sanha apologist Molvi or Muffityaa

who comes for his silly pre-planned inspection. Indeed, the Molvis and Muftis
supporting Sanha and who have a high opinion of Sanha are real humaqaa!

LET US NOT FORGET THE REAL ISSUE

The issue is not about being able to recite Tasmiyah easily or whatever. The issue is:
Is Tasmiyah recited on every chicken? And Sanha will have to speak a lie to save its
carrion image. Here is some evidence:

 NIHT inspected Anca Chickens, a Sanha certified plant. The line speed was
only 16 chickens per minute. The NIHT established that 86% of the chickens
were improperly cut, hence haraam. Now what conclusion should be made
when the line speed is 40? We do not expect an intelligent response from the
prejudiced escorts of sanha.

 Already in 2004, Moulana Olgar declared the Sanha-approved Rainbow

chickens Haraam. May Allah Ta’ala reward him for stating the Haqq. Aameen
Allah Ta’ala protected him from dumb Shaytaaniyyat in the carrion saga. It
was not only Moulana Olgar who knew that Tasmiyah was not and could not
be recited on every chicken, but even Mufti Ebrahim Desai and JamiatKZN
knew about it. And they even mentioned this to Navlakhi, Mf Minty and
Abraham Bham. Even Ex-Mufti Zubair Bhayat knew about this. Just look at
the date of this exposure and already at that time Navlakhi could not tolerate
the truth… So, the fact that these Sanha commercial chickens were discovered
to be Haraam long ago, and that too by JamiatKZN, who was at that time an
executive member of Sanha, speaks volumes…

 The Earlybird Olifantsfontein inspection conducted by Ulama-e-Haqq, i.e.

Jamiatul Ulama Gauteng. The slaughterers exposed the rot and the Ulama-e-
Haqq had first-hand experience of the filth which Sanha certifies as Halaal.
Why would a person persist in certifying Haraam chickens as Halaal when so
many slaughterers are complaining that they cannot recite Tasmiyah on every
chicken? In terms of the Hadeeth such a chap is called Abdud Dinaar wad
Dirham which is referred to in English as ‘Scholars for Dollars’.

 Dozens of sworn and signed affidavits by slaughterers of several certified

chicken killing facilities. Rainbow, Earlybird and Anca are prime examples
which have thoroughly exposed the true colours of Sanha. Sanha’s colours
became even more exposed when their so-called ‘Ulama’ ran to court to ensure

 the Masaajid remain closed during Covid! Afterall, what can be expected from
Molvis who feed the Ummah Haraam meat? To the extent that slaughterers do
not even get off for Jumu’ah Salaat due to the load of the work!!!

 Mufti A.K. Hoosen Saheb himself visited the carrion plant. Mufti A.K. Saheb’s
excellent Fatwa is well known. Sanha chickens are Haraam! All the chickens
were coming home to roost when Mufti A.K. Hoosen Saheb correctly branded
the Awliyaa (friends) of Shaytaan as ‘Scholars for Dollars’.

 Marhoom Mufti Afzal Hoosen Elias Saheb did an inspection also of a Sanha-
approved carrion plant. His Fatwa too is that the commercial Sanha certified
chickens are Haraam. We all should be aware of the amount of Fitnah Navlakhi
perpetrated in this saga.

 There is a senior inspector of JamiatKZN by the name of Mr. Ahmed Jhan. He

was at Rainbow from 1985 until the 2000’s. In 2005 he clearly stated the
following: “From my 20 years of experience with Jamiatul Ulama Natal as
a Halaal inspector, the boys used to find it difficult to read Tasmiyah.” He
also mentioned another pertinent point which is a knock-out blow to sanha:
“PS WITH MY EXPERIENCE OF 20 YEARS, THE SLAUGHTERERS
USED TO FEEL HARD TO RECITE TASMIYAH IN THE HALF AN
HOUR IN-HALF AN HOUR OUT SYSTEM.”

 The best part of it all is that the truth which so many Ulama, slaughterers and
chicken inspectors had exposed about the Sanha certified or Sanha approved
Haraam chickens, are in fact the very same grievances which Sanha had
mentioned about several MJC plants in its very own 223-Page top-secret
Inspection Report which it concealed from the Muslim public. According to
Sanha, Supreme Chickens, Superior Chickens and several others of the MJC
were Haraam. Today, Sanha perpetrates the same evils which it found amongst
the MJC. Just observe how Allah Ta’ala has exposed them. Sanha did not
inform the Muslim public of the Haraam it found at the MJC plants and the
Muslim community continued devouring the Haraam MJC meat. In this era
too, Muslims are not concerned and they are consuming so much Haraam. No
wonder so much filth in the Muslim community – thanks to Sanha, MJC and
the other carrion certifiers.

 And lastly, we cannot forget Mufti Mahmudul Hasan Gangohi’s inspection of

a Sanha-type carrion plant. If the following account is not sufficient for Muftis
and Molvis of Wifaaqul Ulama and the Darul Ulooms, then the devil has

 succeeded to vermiculate the brains of those who satanically claim that Sanha
chickens are not Haraam. Read the following account which proves that the
Sanha chickens are Haraam as many slaughterers have stated that they do not
read Tasmiyah on every chicken.

The following appears in Hayaat-e-Mahmood:

“Someone said to me: “We wish to eat halaal meat and our Salaat to be accepted.”
I understood what he meant. [The person requested Mufti Mahmood Saheb
(Rahmatullahi alaih) to inspect the local abattoir and approve of the meat
slaughtered.] He took me to the abattoir. It was ascertained that at the abattoir the
animals were not slaughtered by automation, rather by human slaughterers.

I asked one slaughterer there: “Do you recite Bismillah over every animal when
slaughtering?” He became angry and said menacingly: “Not just once, I read seven
times!”

I asked another [slaughterer]; he replied: “I only recite over the first animal, not over
the others.”

I told the certifying Ulama: “The Nass-e-Qat’i [Explicit Declaration of the Qur’aan]
states: “And do not eat of that over which Bismillah was not recited. Verily its
consumption is sinful.”

With this clear-cut Qur’aanic injunction there is no need to dabble in the matter
further.” (Hayaat-e-Mahmood. V.1 P.449)

TASMIYAH IS NOT RECITED ON EVERY SANHA CHICKEN. DO

NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE FOOLED BY SANHA. SANHA’S
COMMERCIAL CHICKENS ARE HARAAM!!!
