Session I - Activity Elaboration: (Lead the blindfolded)

The students will be split into two groups for this activity, and they must decide who will lead them
through the obstacles by giving out clear instructions while the other group members are all blindfolded.

Through this activity, they will learn that they must listen to the group leader as well as to the ideas and
recommendations of others in order to complete every work assigned to them (Good communication and
trustworthiness). They will also discover that a leader must be imaginative and adaptable in order to
overcome any challenges (Creativity and Flexibility).

Difference of Leader and Boss
Important skills of a leader
How can I be a good leader? / Can everyone be a leader?

III. Team Building - Activity Elaboration: (Relay Group Activities)

For this activity, the students will be divided into two groups. At each station, they will face a distinct
set of challenges that they must overcome in order to move on to the next station. While working through
each station, all participant's feet are attached to one another.

In this activity, all of them are leaders, and they can be able to apply all the things they learn on how to
become a good leader.
