IV. NARRATION: Barangay Kagawad Maricel B. Dela Cruz, of Brgy. Guba,

Pontevedra, Capiz. Currently, she disclosed that there has no threat in her life and
even do not oblige himself to have a close in security.

V. ASSESSMENT: The Barangay Kagawad expect no threat on her safety

and security and she believed that she is a good person to her constituents but
based on the current situation, there was no issues to put her life in danger.

VI. CONCLUSION: Based on the above facts and circumstances, the said
Brgy. Kagawad has no threat. However, advised him report immediately to police
station if ever she will received any threat on her life so that the police could provide
appropriate security intervention.

VII. RECOMMENDATION: WHEREFORE, In view of the foregoing facts and

circumstances Barangay Kagawad Maricel B. Dela Cruz, has no threat, but
continuous monitoring will be conducted for her safety.
