Project 1: Mapping and Needs Assessment
Objective: To determine the current state of extension services in Benguet State University and
identify the needs of the recipient communities for future extension planning.
Activities:
Conduct a mapping of the current extension services and activities provided by Benguet State
University.
Gather data on the demographic and socio-economic characteristics of the recipient
communities.
Conduct a needs assessment to determine the needs and priorities of the recipient communities
for future extension planning.
Project 2: Program Evaluation and Impact Assessment
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of extension programs and projects in improving
economic, social, political, and environmental aspects of the community.
Activities:
Gather data on the implementation of extension programs and projects in Benguet State
University.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the extension programs and projects in achieving their goals and
objectives.
Assess the impact of the extension programs and projects on the economic, social, political, and
environmental aspects of the recipient communities.
Project 3: Database Development and Management
Objective: To develop and maintain a comprehensive database of recipient communities for
future extension planning and implementation.
Activities:
Develop a database of recipient communities that includes their demographic and socio-
economic characteristics, needs, and priorities.
Maintain and update the database regularly.
Use the database to inform future extension planning and implementation.
Project 4: Policy Development and Implementation
Objective: To generate policy recommendations for the improvement of extension programs and
projects in Benguet State University.
Activities:
Review the results of the mapping, needs assessment, program evaluation, and impact
assessment to identify areas for improvement.
Generate policy recommendations based on the findings of the assessment and evaluation
processes.
Implement the policy recommendations and monitor their effectiveness.
