 Libreng edukasyon sa mga taong walang kaya, at cash assistance para pang
dagdag gastos sa pang araw-araw
Free education for people who can't afford it and cash assistance for extra daily
expenses

2. What are your reasons for applying to this program?


 Dahil sa kahirapan buhat ng kakulangan sa pang araw-araw na gastusin ng
pamilya

1. What benefits are you currently enjoying in this program as a beneficiary?
 Nakakaluwag luwag sa mga gastusin sa school katulad ng mga project at iba pang
mga kailangan sa school, at malaking tulong ito sa pag-aaral.
It reduces school expenses such as projects and other school needs, and it is a
great help in learning.

2. What services are you currently benefitting from?


 Tulong na pera para sa pag-aaral at pambili ng mga pangangailang ng pamilya,
libreng check-up sa mga health center at pagtuturo sa tamang pag hawak o
paggastos ng pera.
Free health center consultations, financial assistance for education and the
purchase of necessities for families, and guidance in the responsible handling or
spending of money

1. How these services have benefitted your life as a beneficiary of 4ps?
 Malaking tulong ito tulad naman hindi gaano may kaya, ng dahil sa 4ps
nakakaluwag-luwag kami sa aming pangangailangan sa pang araw-araw.
It's a big help even if we don't have much, because of 4ps we can relieve our daily
needs.

 Suggestions to improve service delivery


1. How was your overall experience as a beneficiary?
 Ang naging karanasan ko sa benepisyaryong ito ay nabibili namin ang gusto
namin bilhin.
My experience with this beneficiary is that we can buy what we want to buy.

2. Do you have any suggestions on how to improve the said service?


 Sana maimprove yung pag monitor nila sa mga member ng 4ps dahil mayroon
ibang member na sinasangla ang kanilang mga atam dahil sa malaking
pangangailangan at pag momonitor sa iba pang mga member ng 4ps kung saan
nila nadadala o nagagamit ang nakukuhang pera sa 4ps.
Because of the high need and poor monitoring to other 4Ps members' usage of the
money they get from the organization, some members have had to put their atm
card under mortgage. I hope they can enhance their monitoring of 4Ps members.
