3. This permit is subject to the General Conditions and Specific Conditions Issued as annexes to this permit.

4. The Institution reserves the right to change or add to any of the said conditions as and when required, with prior
notice.

5. This permit is valid for the period upto the stipulated date of expjry, subject to the validity of the relevant
Standards including the amendments and revisions if any, or until it is cancelled by the Director General or the
Officer authorized on that behalf by the Director General or surrendered by the permit holder.
