Watermelon Cookies

Ingredients:

500 g crushed biscuits (1. picture)


120 g melted butter
120 g powdered sugar (you can put more or less it depends on your taste)
1 box of (posypka) chocolate sprinkles (2. picture)
60 ml green food colour
60 ml red food colour
milk

1. Put the crushed biscuits in a large bowl, add melted butter and powdered sugar and
a little milk so that you can knead it as if you make dough.

2. Divide the biscuits into two parts and put them into two bowls.
Add green food colour to the one part, then knead again, add more milk, if
necessary, but don't make it too soft, because it will be difficult to make balls.

3. Add red food colour and chocolate sprinkles to the second part of the biscuit. You
can also add milk to this part if necessary.

4. Form equal amount of balls of both colours from the biscuit mixture (mandarin size).

5. Flatten the green balls and cover the red balls with them.

6. Put the balls for one night in the fridge.
