    For Praharsh blue bell

    We have checked DBR and verified if DBR is as per latest IS codes, and further we have
    verified if the same philosophy is translated in structural model or not.

    We have given some comments regarding grade of rebar steel and asked to provide cover as
    per IS 3370 Part-1.
    The comments given were compiled and DBR is updated for the same.

    For Reflection
    We have gone through DBR and verified if DBR is as per latest IS codes, and further we have
    verified if the same philosophy is translated in structural model or not.

    We have given some comments for structural wellbeing by extending columns of 23 x 23 up


    to parapet level and
    Suggested to provide RCC wall for water tank and asked to update DBR for the same, and
    also asked to provide cover as per IS 3370 Part-1. Asked to check terrace slab for thermal
    stresses as overall footprint is more than 45m.
    Slab beam in particular beam was asked to extend back to main frame and asked to check
    deflection in cantilever balcony portion.
    Gave comments regarding grade of rebar steel.
    The comments given were compiled and DBR is updated for the same.
