Final Year Project Semester 5 ; Portable Carton Wrapper with Display Stand 2021 - Proximity sensor

were used to detect the presence of product that will trigger the mechanical gear to isolate and fold the

product while uses retain design of thermocol cutter to lacerate the isolating fold .
Line Follower Chassis 2021 ; A moveable small robot using infrared sensor to operate within black line tape

and sends signal to controller to collect input data .

Malaysia Board of Technologies ( mBOT ) kit 2020 ; Creating more than 5 pathways for the mini mBOT to

move in the capacity area provided from design , electrical wiring diagram , assembled and programmes .
AnimalBOT Makeathon 2020 ; Mini pick and place robot lifting load involving design chassis , programmes

and electrical wiring that could be manually remote from a teach pendant .

Technician ( Internship )
Lessons and reliance in resetup and install electrical parts and
wiring machines - By using mechanical equipment to resetup and
install the initial wiring in the workstation including transformers .
Construct a proper controller box for the AMR robot E - Rack .
Deliniate sketch of e-rack sensor wiring , build and create
programmes using Node Red and Raspberry Pi 4 as the controller to
activate and read the digital input signal from sensor.
Operate the AMR Robot - Given culpability to use the AMR robot
for workstations line teaching and precise whenever problem occurs
by using the teach pendant and UR software .
Fan Tester Internship Project - Simplify the implementation for
technician concerns on which fan tester is disfigure through the
rotation per minute shown on display using IR sensor and arduino as
the controller .
