Courteously, I am Vishwajit More of Batch 2021-23 MMS, having roll number
112. I am the Sports Head (captain) of your college.
I am writing this letter, to beg your permission for conducting a sports event
for awareness of fitness and health in our campus. It will be held for ten days from
________ (Date) to ________ (Date). The scheduled timings of the event are, it will start
from _______(Time) and it will end at _______(Time). Just to make it comfortable for
every student we can have this event on weekends (sat/sun). This event is for every
student of our college, who are willing to take part and for students who are good
in sports and deserve trophies for their performances. For this, we will need to use
the college sports ground.
