Background and Rationale of the planned JEL


Briefly described why the JEL intervention will be implemented the competency gaps that will be addressed and current
performance level in the key result area(s).

Based on my latest IPCRF, I need to focus more on Curriculum in Planning in Advised and guided
colleagues in the selection, organization, development and use of appropriate teaching and learning
resources, including ICT, to address specific learning goals. (PPST 4.5.3). ICT enables educators to grow
creatively and acquire new abilities. Additionally, it supports teachers in inspiring pupils' rising enthusiasm
in education. The students are the ones who will profit the most, not only the teacher.

Briefly describe the intervention and specify duration and offices where learner will be assigned, if appropriate. Use one to two
paragraphs.
The teacher will undergo JOB SHADOWING as part of the JEL Plan. As mentor I will be discussing on computer
application needed for class. The Job Shadowing will be held from March 3-24- , 2023 every Friday only. At
the end of the session, the teacher is expected to submit powerpoint presentation or video lesson for a
specific lesson.

State what learner will be able to do by the end of the JEL intervention, following ABCD (Audience-Behavior-Condition-Degree)
guidelines.

Advised and guided colleagues in the selection, organization, development and use of appropriate
teaching and learning resources, including ICT, to address specific learning goals. (PPSR 4.5.3)
