Dear Sir,

With reference to our meeting at your premises we would like to submit the following offer for
preparation & approval of Fire safety plan of your factory.

DFS&CD authority encompassing Fire Detection &
1 Protection System, Hazards, and other related 1 Job 1,20,000/-
details for the whole premises of PANDORA
SWEATERS LTD. 12 Weeks

Total Expenditure for Preparation & Approval of Fire Safety Plan 1,20,000/-

Total Expenditure Excluding AIT (10%) & VAT (15%)

In Word: Taka One Lac Twenty Thousand Only.

In case of payment the following terms & conditions are applicable:
a) 50% of the payment for the intended job is to be done in advance.
b) 50% of the payment is to be done after approval of the drawings from the authority.
c) Upon approval of the drawings and effective Gap Analysis an effectiveness certificate could be
provided by DFS&CD upon application (which could be subjected to some additional cost)
d) The factory should be providing us all completed AutoCAD format drawings for preparation of fire
safety plans other related information & documents. If the factory drawing is not in AutoCAD format,
you will have to bear additional cost to pay us for completing it in AutoCAD format.
e) In case of payment A/c Payee cheque in favor of “Craytec Solution Ltd” is preferable.
f) The Delivery Time mentioned above indicates the lead time for submission of drawings & Reports to
the authority, which might vary considering the availability of drawings and other related details.

In this regard, it is to be mentioned that we take the responsibility of approval of the designs through
necessary modification of submitted documents and persuasion of related Authority.
