 COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BASIS OF PRICES:
 The above prices are EX-WORKS-AHMEDABAD, INDIA.
 GST 18% will apply on invoice value

MACHINE TEST & TRIAL:

 Normally, we always take test and trial of our machine for our acceptance prior
before dispatch. In case you required specific trial, you have to intimate one week
in advance and arrange the raw material for the same. Also request to bring
operator who can run the specific test and trial as per your requirement.

SUPERVISION OF ERECTION AND COMMISSIONING:

The price quoted does not include supervision of erection & commissioning.
However, thiscan be provided by the Customer on the following Terms.
 Service Charge and Pocket expenses for our Service Engineers are NIL

 To & fro A.C Coach train ticket for company’s representative from Ahmedabad
to Buyer’s destination.

 Reimbursement by Buyer of Actual lodging and Boarding, local conveyance

expenses,Medical expenses incurred by company’s Representative.

The buyer shall ensure that the technical of Supervisory Personnel of the
Company are provided with required raw material and unskilled labour and
other service such as water, Power, lifting equipment, tools tackles,
accessories, etc. to ensure completion of erection and commissioning in the
minimum time possible.
DELIVERY:
 The equipment ordered by you can be delivered in 12-14 Weeks from the date of
receipt of technically and commercially clear order along with Security Deposit as
agreed in the terms of payment below.
 Delivery of equipment is, however, subject to receipt of balance payment including
statutory taxes and levies as applicable at the time of supply against
Performa invoice prior to dispatch. However, this is further subject to force
majeure conditions and delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
 50% of the order value as security deposit along with the order and balance 50%
at the time of supply shall be payable against Performa invoice before dispatch.

INSURANCE:
 Insurance against all risks shall be arranged by customer.

FORCE MAJURE:
The offer is subject to force Majure Clause.

JURISDICTION:
The transaction covered by this offer shall be subject to Ahmedabad (India)
jurisdiction only.

 WARRANTIES:
The equipment/machinery is warranted against any manufacturing defects for a
period of 12 months from the date it is said to be ready for shipment and shall
further be subject to usual terms and conditions of our standard warranty clause.

NOTES

1) Owing to continuous research development and modifications in design, we

reserve the right to make any change in the above specifications and details
without prior notice. We reserve to ourselves changes of design, material
and construction.

2) The prices are based on the current Export Policy of the Government of
India. Currency at the time of delivery will be applicable.

3) For matters and details not provided herein, the General Terms & Conditions
enclosed herewith shall be applicable.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Orders once placed will not be canceled and refundable.

ELECTRICALS
The Supply voltage should be 415 + or – 5%. If the voltage fluctuation is beyond
thislimit, it is essential to install a voltage stabilizer, Capacitor 415 + or – 5%.

VALIDITY:

This offer is valid for within 15 days from date and thereafter subject to our
reconfirmationin writing.
