Topic : My future Business plan

• Introduction :
My business idea is to open a café . I will try to
provide best service including best quality at the best
price to my customer. My café will have mainly the
coffee variety . However, in my café their will be a
small library, where the people can come and enjoy
with the coffee. I will also provide free wifi
facilities.
• SWOT Analysis of my business:

• Strength:

1. High service culture:


Although the coffee shop is quick turned
around small business.But it’s target Market
and customer req high quality service like a
clean place, washed cup, good setting
arrangement, nice seats and clean staff.
These little things give the impression of the
healthy environment

2. Team work :
The number of members in a team varies on
the size of the business. If it’s a small shop,
then there will be 2 or 3 people. If the shop
is big , then there’ll be more people.

3 Direct relationship with customer:


Customer physically come to the shop to have
coffee . Therefore it’s great opportunity for the owner of
the staff to connect with the customer and make him /her
a regular clients.

• Weakness:
1 Manual System:
If I want the quality Product and service, I have to
do things manually.
2 Less market share:
There’s a limit to acquire a market share in this
business. It’s because I have limited seating
arrangement and limited supplies to serve several
customers.
3 Difficult to make a name:
Almost every coffee shop provides some unique taste,
and become it’s reputation.
• Opportunity:

1 Developing a direct relationship with customer:

The good thing of café business is that it provides


Me an opportunity to establish a direct
relationship with customer face to face.

2 Innovation & New Technologies:


Since I have to do things manually, I should keep
on trying innovative technologies to increase the
performance of my business.

3 Increase product line:


I can increase the product line by offering some
cookies, snacks , cakes to my customer along with
coffee.
• Treats:

1 Difficult to maintain cash flow:


It’s difficult to maintain the same cash flow everyday in
the café business. It’s because of several reasons like
weekend, hoilday, pandemic etc.
2 Price sensitive market :
Coffee is such a product that you can’t raise the price at a
certain limit.
3 low price of competitor :
Sometimes competitor lower the price of the product to
attract the market.
Industry Analysis of my business:

• Market Size :
The café industry has seen steady growth in
recent years, with the global market project.

• Competitive landscape:
The industry is highly competitive with major
players like Starbucks, etc dominating the
market.
• Consumer Trend :
Consumer are increasingly interested in
specially coffee drink, healthy food
options.Mobile ordering and delivery option.
• Per capita coffee consumption:
When coffee consumption increases, coffee
shop experience revenue growth. Per capita
coffee consumption is expected to increase,
representing a potential opportunity for the
industry.
