 Designed new floor plans for all of the properties of a college town rental agency.
 Responsible for creative control to appeal to the key demographic during a time of rebranding.
 Worked one-on-one with owners and management to ensure the new vision was met.
 Rendered designs in a 3D application to create an immersive experience for prospective clients.
 Designed, rendered, and printed floor plan layouts while also fixing, painting, and hanging them in frames in the
