1) What decision would you make and why?

Mary Campbell would be fired if I were in charge. This may appear to be a harsh and
impersonal conclusion based on a comment card, yet her actions revealed several
shortcomings. She began by stealing the comment card from the box. This illustrates a
problem with business loyalty. "Campbell breached the rules that barred the removal of
business property," Larimar said, citing the company handbook. (686) If I were the
manager or owner of this organisation, I'd be curious as to what else she's taken
throughout the course of her 19-year tenure.
She also included another employee in this, which may have resulted in their dismissal.
She also did not respect the consumer by dismissing their views and opinions about the
food and service. Finally, the most significant aspect that influences my choice to
discontinue work is customer respect. Customers are the lifeblood of every firm. There
is no business if there are no customers, even if a company has 100 people. Customers
should be valued and treated decently in order to maintain them. Customers of
Campbells have had lousy food, bad service, and their privacy has been invaded. After
all of the turmoil, bringing the waitress back would be disrespectful. I'd consider my
customers and the quality of my service before terminating.
