The plan is to build an operations & training plan for the new service (Plant Pals) to run as new
stage of the Plant Pals project

Project Goal

SMART: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound

- Increase revenue by 5% by the end of the year.
- Fully implement all protocols which include setting up operational tools, putting delivery
processes in place, and training employees within 6 months

Deliverables

1. Create a plant logistics and delivery plan to make the fulfillment process
2. Set up order processing & supply chain management software
3. Develop and launch an employee training program
