transfer of shares carrying voting rights are by way of
gift between (a) Adish Oswal, the acquirer and his
immediate relatives - his mother, Manju Oswal, and his
brother, Abhinav Oswal; and (b) Manju Oswal, the
acquirer and her immediate relative - her son, Adish
Oswal.
