Sharing Knowledge Plan Template

Instructions:
Think about all you have learned throughout this exchange. How can you share your new knowledge with other educators (e.g.
colleagues, professional learning network, school administration/leadership, etc.)? Use this template to develop a plan for sharing your
new knowledge.

Audience:
English teachers in my city and all around Georgia.

Main Message:
I want them to learn about digital citizenship, digital security, Netiquette, cyberbullying, media literacy, digital health and well-being.
These are the topics that I would like to plan my workshops about. I will deliver one workshop about one topic so I will decide which ones
to choose.

1
The Virtual Exchange is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State’s Office of English Language Programs
through the English Access Microscholarship Program (Access). This program is administered by FHI 360 and
delivered by iEARN-USA.
Format:
I am going to plan a webinar for the English teachers from all over Georgia, which will be possible with the help ETAG(English Teachers’
Association of Georgia). I am a member and a trainer of this organization. We have regular online webinars and we have a chance to
present for the English teachers of all Georgia. As for the workshops, I am going to plan and conduct two or three workshops for local
English teachers, members of ETAG.

Materials Needed:
I will need a Power Point presentation, laptop, projector. The necessary equipment is provided in ETAG office where I will conduct the
workshops. Other resources that I will need I will be able to provide them myself.

Follow-up:

I can ask teachers who will attend the workshops to try out some of the ideas or activities in their classrooms and then share their
impressions and experience with us either at a following workshop or in our private group.
