Genetic Modified and Non – Genetic Modified Food

People are fun of eating different kinds of food without considering their health

status .They just want to satisfy their needs .Nowadays we should be very careful of eating foods

and have to consider the advantages and disadvantages of certain foods to be taken by the human

body.

There some advantages of Genetically Modified Foods like the following:

1. The harvest are more productive of different crops and be able to grow in different

places.

2. Easier to deliver to different places of consumers

3. Better foods access means less overall food

insecurity in the world.


Disadvantages of Genetically Modified Foods:

1. Increase medication resistance

2. Can cause problematic health consequences that may have no feasible fix

3. A new practice that means that the long term effects on safety are not yet clear

4. Might impact the liver, kidney, pancreas, and reproductive system.

Non-GMO had several advantages are found to be richer in nutrients like omega fatty

foods as well as vital vitamins and minerals .They are 100%natural.Natural GMO Foods is

simply 100% natural when grown organically using natural methods of cultivation and

production and supports healthy living .The disadvantages are less, It only doesn’t last longer

because it doesn’t contain preservations that can spoil faster .So it is better to select non-GMO

because it has lesser danger to your health because it is natural and less expensive. We should be

very careful in selecting foods for human consumption.
