    A 41-year-old female patient named Nighat Mir underwent an I-131 low dose whole body scan on October 22, 2021 at the request of SKIMS Hospital. She had a history of papillary thyroid cancer in 2019 for which she underwent total thyroidectomy and lymph node dissection, and I-131 ablation in October 2020. The scan findings showed no abnormal tracer uptake in the neck or elsewhere in the body, suggesting no evidence of I-131 avid local, regional, or distant disease. Clinical correlation with Tg and anti-Tg levels was recommended.
