SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That, I, FERDINAND ORTEGA AGCAOILI JR., of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, and a
resident of Brgy. Gappal, Cauayan City, Isabela, do hereby name, constitute and appoint LEAH LAO
and PILAR GARCIA, also of legal age, Filipino citizens, and residents of Cauayan City, Isabela, to be
my true and lawful Attornies-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place, and stead, to do and perform the
following special powers, to wit:

1. To authorize LEAH LAO and PILAR GARCIA, to represent, sign any documents and pay
on my behalf the Capital Gains Tax, Documentary Stamp Tax and such other taxes in the
Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and to request further documents in the concerned local
government unit, relative to the transfer of a portion of the property in our name;

2. To sign for, execute and deliver any and all papers or documents necessary to give effect to
the foregoing Power of Attorney.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full powers and authority to
do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing act and deed, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with all powers of
substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or her substitute
shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
