    The National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC)- Regional Tripartite


    Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) is an attached agency of the Department of
    Labor and Employment (DOLE) primarily tasked with the determination of minimum
    wage and promotion of productivity improvement programs. This year, RTWPB-VI is
    tasked to intensify its efforts in the campaign of Productivity-Based Incentives
    Schemes (PBIS) among establishments in Western Visayas. PBIS aims to promote
    gainful employment, improve working conditions and increase productivity and gain-
    sharing among laborers and employers.

    In connection thereto, we respectfully request that the Secretariat visit your


    establishment to document your existing incentive scheme/s on February 10,
    2023, at your convenient time in the morning. Please note that this is not a DOLE
    inspection.
