Assess your 3-day physical activity by answering the question:

In 1 paragraph, how do you feel about your physical activity?

Doing all day’s physical workout in the span of 5 days really

helped me to adjust in my daily routine as a nursing

student. In my first day I really felt tiredness and my legs

were really sore because of that strenuous activity. But

when I constantly did this exercise, I felt that I was, not just

physically but also mentally prepared in pursuing my day-

to-day routine. Aligned to that I am certain that I will

continue to have these exercises because it helps me to build

my self-esteem and also boost my mental health.
