    I am writing this letter to apologize for being absent last March 29, 30, 31 and April 1, 2023 for
    these following reasons,

    March 29, 2023 I’ve got fever.


    March 30, 2023 upon blood pressure reading I’ve been declared High blood 160/100 advice to
    rest.
    March 31, 2023 update of my blood pressure was still 150/90 advice to rest.
    April 1, 2023 my blood pressure becomes normal 120/80 but still advice to rest for monitoring.
