AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF BARANGAY SAN

NICOLAS 2ND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022 AMOUNTING TO FIVE MILLION NINE
HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS ONLY (₱
5,939,580.00) AND APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUNDS FOR THE
PURPOSE

Be it ordained in Regular session assembled:

Section 1. The Annual Budget of Barangay San Nicolas 2 nd for Fiscal Year 2022 in
the total amount of Five Million Nine Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred
Eighty Pesos Only (₱ 5,939,580.00), covering various expenditures of the
Barangay Government for FY 2022 hereby approved.

GENERAL FUND:
Tax Revenue P 110,000.00
External Sources 5,294,340.00
Other Taxes 535,240.00
Total General Fund 5,939,580.00

Section 5. Separability Clause.

If for any reason, any section or provision of this appropriation is

disallowed in budget review or declared invalid by proper authorities, other
sections or provisions hereof that are not affected thereby shall continue to be in
full force and effect.

Section 6. Effectivity

The provisions of this appropriation ordinance shall take effect on January

1, 2022
