Dear Mr. Naman Dave,

The Management is pleased to inform you that you have been selected to join the Company as the
Assistant Manager – Sales and Marketing on a CTC of Rs. 8,40,000 per year.

You will be on probation for first three months which may be reduced/increased based on your
performance.

During your probation period you will be paid a consolidated salary of approx. Rs. 70,000. This excludes
Professional tax, Security Deposit, WAP, PAP and TDS deduction (if applicable).

During probation period your leave will be accumulated but you can avail the same after confirmation
only.

After successful completion of probation period, your Gross salary will be approx. Rs. 70,000 (Basic +
HRA+ other allowances). This excludes standard deductions like Professional Tax, Security Deposit, PF
(Employee Contribution).

You will be appointed in SATPL and other terms of employment will be given in the detail appointment
letter which will be issued to you in due course.
You will join the company on 1st July’2023. In case you are unable to join by this date then this offer may
become invalid unless you have taken prior written confirmation from us.
