Answer: Nadira is responsible to assist partner in handling various transaction. The job description includes
conducting legal research, drafting legal advice, and also reviewing transaction documents such as shares sale
purchase agreement, shareholders agreement and other related agreements.

Functional technicality:
How would you comment on his/her skills and knowledge?
Answer: Nadira has great legal knowledge, but also likes to keep learning.

Answer: Yes. Nadira has great knowledge in terms of legal skills and has sufficient level of curiosity that made her
want to learn new things.

Can you cite an example/situation wherein he/she was able communicate well and effectively?
Answer: Nadira once involved an acquisition project where there were a lot of parties involved (seller, buyer,
government official etc). She successfully communicates with all parties and the project was completed smoothly.

Answer: No, during her time working with me, Nadira has never led a team.
If no, do you see him/her as a potential leader? Could you cite an example wherein you’ve seen that she has a
potential?
Answer: Yes. Nadira assisted a partner in an acquisition project during her time at Magnaar. During the project,
she was able to complete the task and give clear instruction to all parties in the transaction. She also managed to
ensure the transaction completion runs smooth.

Answer: Nadira can solve conflict well. Panic might her first reaction when she faces conflict, but since I knew her,
she always finds a way out

Answer: yes. Nadira always participates in solving conflict in the office

Answer: When facing any conflict, she might need to take a some time to process things. But when the conflict
becomes clear, she always gives inputs on how to solve it and also take action when the team has agreed on how
to handle the conflict.

Answer: I can see that Nadira is an introvert. It may take up some time for her to open up to her colleagues. She
has humble personality which I believe really helps in building relationship with stakeholders.

Answer: Nadira has great legal skills and have handled many transactions she is also fun to work with. My input
would be for her to improve her confidence.

Answer: 9. Nadira is a great partner to work with, she takes direction well and has great initiatives. Though, she
has point to improve as I have mentioned above.

Answer: No. punctuality is one of Nadira’s strongest points. She one of the earliest to came to the office and never
had any problem with her attendance.

Answer: Nadira leaves the organization because she got an offer from another company. She always dreams about
being an in house counsel instead of working a private practice.
