Development, Quality Management in forging, Press shop and Production Line. Having experience
over 60T~1600T Hydraulic & Mechanical presses( kurimoto, ching fong, lein-cheih, ISGEC make) as
well as mechanical hammer up to 3ton. Also familiar with billet cutting machines like
Chopper(manyo), Circular saw cutting machines(Amada CMB 75). For forging scales removal
having experience over tumbler type shot/sand blasting/shot peening machines Disa make with

Job Responsibilities

 Planning and Organizing Production schedules. Converting monthly plan in to day wise plan
according to machine availability.
 Assessing Project and Resource requirements to achieve plant KPI.
 Estimating, Negotiating and Agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
 Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met as per standard norms.
 Determining quality control standards and getting them adhered in shop floor for making good
quality products.
 Overseeing production processes like Hot, Cold & warm Forging.
 In Cold Forging having experience over KT 650T(Boss Rotor, Worm Wheel, Dog Whole in
Cold Process) LCM 500T Hydraulic Press For Worm Screw & Shafts Manufacturing(ZF,
Tractor parts & two wheeler segment) KP250 Ton, Hydraulic 200T(Seat Pipe) 80 Ton, 60 Ton

 In Hot & Warm Forging having experience on 630Ton mechanical press for two wheeler gear
blank manufacturing, Hydraulic 500MT for Worm Screw(Export House) etc.
