Development, Quality Management in forging, Press shop and Production Line. Having experience
over 60T~1600T Hydraulic & Mechanical presses( kurimoto, ching fong, lein-cheih, ISGEC make) as
well as mechanical hammer up to 3ton. Also familiar with billet cutting machines like
Chopper(manyo), Circular saw cutting machines(Amada CMB 75). For forging scales removal
having experience over tumbler type shot/sand blasting/shot peening machines Disa make with
used shot size ranging 0.6mm(for gears) to 1.2 mm( for shafts).
Previously Working With SHIVAM AUTOTECH LIMITED Rohtak, Haryana as HOD-Press/Forge
Shop- Production. Looking after plant level Improvement activities like Manufacturing cost

Previously associated with RFGL, Panchkula as Engineer-Production and looking after wide range
of production activities.

Job Responsibilities
Shivam Autotech Limited, formerly known as Munjal Auto Components (MAC) commenced
operations in September 1999 as a Full fledged, autonomous wing of the HERO Group, a
renowned corporate giant with $ 4.2 Billion turnover annually.
An ISO / TS 16949, OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 Certified Company, company’s current product offering
includes different kinds of Gear Blanks, Spline Shafts, Finished Gears & Plungers. It is among the few auto
component manufacturers in the country today which uses Near Net Shape Technology for Cold and Warm
Forging.
Job Responsibilities
Planning and Organizing Production schedules. Converting monthly plan in to day wise plan
according to machine availability.
Assessing Project and Resource requirements to achieve plant KPI.
Estimating, Negotiating and Agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met as per standard norms.
Determining quality control standards and getting them adhered in shop floor for making good
quality products.
Overseeing production processes like Hot, Cold & warm Forging.
In Cold Forging having experience over KT 650T(Boss Rotor, Worm Wheel, Dog Whole in
Cold Process) LCM 500T Hydraulic Press For Worm Screw & Shafts Manufacturing(ZF,
Tractor parts & two wheeler segment) KP250 Ton, Hydraulic 200T(Seat Pipe) 80 Ton, 60 Ton
etc.
In Hot & Warm Forging having experience on 630Ton mechanical press for two wheeler gear
blank manufacturing, Hydraulic 500MT for Worm Screw(Export House) etc.
Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials timely to ensure minimum loss due to resources.
Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipments
Supervising the work of junior staff
Organizing relevant training sessions
Lead Project activities for carrying out New Model start up in Press dep’t.
Preparation of KRA, Quality and Safety Reports for Management (through MRM meetings)
Skill Matrix of all Press & Die members, Training needs, as per Training Plan
Co-coordinating TPM activities under the mentorship of Mr. Rakesh Atre San for Rohtak Plant
of Shivam Group.
Responsible for FIP & Kaizen activities & horizontally deploying to other plants.
Leading the MACE-MPS drive at Rohtak Plant for
Production/Quality/Cost/Delivery/Safety/Morale/Enviornment improvement of plant.
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to : Manager
Documenting current production procedures and create Company standards to improve the
efficiency of the Production Department.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to the Company’s production processes.
• Collaborate with Quality Department to identify and implement ongoing quality improvements.
• Maintain knowledge and technical expertise of current production best practices tools and
techniques
and implement them in a reasonable and responsible manner.
• Develop and implement production processes for new products, product enhancements and
product
changes. Install related fixtures and tooling, as required.
• Develop and implement enhanced production testing of products
• Minimize overall production costs while maximizing productivity.
• Collect, analyze, summarize and present production and process data, information and trends to
management.
• Source new equipment and material suppliers as required.
• Assist in the evaluation of returned materials/products.
• Review internal operational facility layouts for process improvement.
• Lead, develop and mentor the Production team.

Manufacturing Cost of plant reduced by 13% by various kaizen through TPM methodlogy.
By Making A Standard Sheet, Daily Downtime Of Warm/Hot Forging Presses Reduced To 1.2
