“ RESOLVED THAT a Current Account be opened with The Karur Vysya Bank Ltd,
Gajuwaka Branch, Vizag in the name and style of M/s Abhijeet Ferrotech Limited and the
Company do hereby accepts such terms, regulations, conditions and / or stipulations as laid down
by The Karur Vysya Bank Ltd for this purpose.”

“ RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Karur Vysya Bank Ltd be and is hereby authorized to honor
all Cheques, Drafts, Bill of Exchange, Promisory Note and any others drawn, made, accepted,
endorsed or lodged for collection on behalf of the Company by and under the Signatures of any
ONE of the following Authorized Signatories and to act on any Instructions so given relating to
operation of the Account which shall be binding of the Company”.
