a) Exposition/Beginning A. Exposition

b) Conflict Dr. Nate Samuels, who recently got divorced, travels to the
Mopani Reserve in South Africa with his daughters Meredith and

met Nate and his wife, welcomes him back to the community.

B. Conflict

Martin and his family visit the restricted portions of the reserve
the following day. Martin takes them to see a local lion pride and
points out that one of them is hurt. Martin finds that the most of
the Tsonga residents in a neighbouring community have passed
away. Martin runs back to report the discovery, suspecting a
renegade, man-eating lion is to blame. On the highway, Nate
comes across a Tsonga man who is hurt but is helpless to help
him. Martin is attacked while pursuing the lion. Then it ambushes
Nate as he hides in the car. They are left stranded as Meredith
tries to flee but hits a tree instead.

C. Rising action

On a walkie-talkie, Martin warns Nate to keep away since the lion

is using him as bait to draw the others out. Nate puts together a
tranquillizer gun because the radio is too far away to call for
assistance. In an effort to distract the lion long enough to rescue
Martin and make the journey back to civilisation, he charges the
animal. Meredith uses the diversion to divert the lion from
attacking Martin. After the lion knocks Nate's rifle from his hands,
Norah stabs it with a tranquillizer dart, prompting the lion to flee.
Martin is returned to the vehicle by Meredith while Nate tends to
his injury.

D. Climax

Martin cautions Nate to stay away since the lion is using him as
bait to pull the others out through a walkie-talkie. Because the
radio is too far away to call for help, Nate assembles a tranquillizer
rifle. He charges the lion in an effort to divert it long enough for
him to save Martin and return to civilization. Meredith utilises the
distraction to prevent Martin from being attacked by the lion.
When the lion knocks Nate's firearm out of his hands, Norah uses
a tranquillizer dart to stab it, causing it to bolt. Meredith brings
Martin back to the car as Nate attends to Martin's wound.

E. Falling action

Nate attends to Meredith's injury and searches for water at the

abandoned school that the poachers used as a base. Nate returns
and chases the lion away as it approaches the girls and prowls
around. Nate locks his girls in a room and tells them he'll be back
when he's through with the lion. Nate lures the lion to the
neighbourhood pride that Martin helped create after causing it to
chase him. The pride males step in and kill the renegade lion when
it overtakes Nate and mauls him, almost killing him. Nate is saved
by a Mopani employee who arrives as he is about to pass out.

F. Resolution
When Nate awakens in a hospital, he tells his girls that he loves
them. The three recreate the picture Nate's late wife shot of
herself next to her favourite tree when they later visit the
preserve together as a family.
The lion is an important part of the movie
The seasoned director of photography Philippe Rousselot captures
some breathtaking scenes of the South African wilderness. There
is a powerful adversary who appears to be omniscient,
unbreakable, and zealously vengeful. And yes, the sequence
where Idris Elba punches a lion in the face in the trailer actually
occurs in the film. Because the current MGM emblem is a strange-
looking CGI rendition of a lion, it's simple to see Leo the Lion
rolling his eyes in disbelief.
The 2022 American survival action horror film Beast is directed
by Baltasar Kormákur and stars Ryan Engle and Jaime Primak
Sullivan. Idris Elba, Iyana Halley, Leah Sava Jeffries, and Sharlto
Copley all appear in the movie. When a vicious, rogue, man-
eating lion stalks and attacks a widower father and his two
teenage daughters while they are in a South African game
reserve, they must struggle to survive.
1) You are stronger than what you think.
To protect his daughter Nate risking his life. Nate lures the lion to
the neighbourhood pride that Martin helped create after causing
it to chase him. The pride males intervene and kill the renegade
lion after it ambushes Nate and nearly kills him.
2) We should protect our beloved one.
Nate brings his girls Norah and Meredith there in hopes of
reconnecting with them after their mom’s tragic passing. He is
guarded and guilt-ridden, desperate to repair his relationship with
his children, and before there’s any opportunity for healing, he
finds himself having to do the impossible to protect his kids. Tough
times sometimes have a way of binding people to each other
though, and this trio heavily leans on each other to try to make it
out alive.
A. The film is very powerful because it give us the impact of
the greatest love that shown by Nate. It leave us a
powerful message and offering perfect effective survival
thriller. Beast is a film that knows exactly what it is and
doesn’t try to overcomplicate things – it’s a chase film and
what you get is a suspenseful chase. But Beast often feels
too contrived and preposterously overblown.
How can the film be
improved B. The movie could be improved on the storyline and it could
be better if the movie get extended to show the real
nature of lion and the beautiful culture of South Africa.

Positive Impact on the public Even Nate death is near facing his face but he still take the risk as
long as his daughter is safe. It shows that Nate really love his

despite knowing the consequences, the poachers ignored them. as
long as there is market demand, then they will hunt animals to
meet that demand
