GMD, MPH, CHA, CESO IIT Director SUBJECT: EXTENSION ON THE LIPH-IS ENCODING OF LGU INVESTMENT NEEDS The DOH Bicol Center for Health Development is extending the encoding period for the 2024 LGU investment needs in the Local Investment Plan for Health Information System (UPH IS) until FEBRUARY 15, 2023. This is to give more time to the local government units to input their programs/ projects/ activities (PPAs) to the infosystem after the delays caused by several system errors which hindered continuous encoding. After which, the system shall be locked by the CHD administrator. . With this, the Provincial Health Offices are expected to submit the consolidated province-wide investment needs (LIPH IS generated) to their respective Provincial DOH Office on or before February 20, 2023 for review and validation.
