with the registered sale deed dated 24/11/92 and original lease agreement plan dated 16.04.32
(“Documents for Area”)

Sir,
Reference to letter of Principal Director, Western Command, Chandigarh (letter no
11000/29/L/DE/WC/RMS-2828) dated 12/02/2019 and my registered letter dated 20/08/2020, I
request your good-self to please send a parawise reply to letter and also mention the reason for the
delay in granting me approval and completing the mutation exercise, as per above Documents for
Area.

I urge you to please prioritize my file and expedite the said registration in my name. My case is
pending since last 40 years. The concerned officers have visited my premises twice and I am yet to
hear back from your office on their findings. I request you to please let me know what methodology
is being followed to determine the area under my possession. Also, I request you to please let me
know whether your office is following the court order dated 23/09/1982 or not.

I request for a detailed response to my letter (para wise) and also an update on the final findings of
your officers.
