Dear Pastor,

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

There is nothing in this world that can compare with the Christian fellowship;
nothing that can satisfy but Christ.

With the goal of reviving our faith and fellowshipping with our brothers and
sisters in Christ, we are inviting you to join Summer Youth Camp 2022, with the
theme “BE THOU AN EXAMPLE” on April 12-15, 2022 at Boy Scout Camp,
Bulatukan, North Cotabato.

It will be our delight to have your beloved young people to join with us to
celebrate Christian gathering, to develop Godly attitude and to educate biblical
doctrines, most especially given the fact that modern technology has a strong
influence on young people today.

We hope to see you there on this much-anticipated occasion. Further

information, Camp Rules and Regulations, and Registration Form are attached to this
invitation for reference and guidance.

Registration Fee: P 50.00 per camper. No discount on registration. (On time/Late)

Camp Registration: 12:00-2:00 PM Tuesday.
Camps Ends: Friday Night

CAMP RULES AND REGULATIONS

We know that our camp is not for ev eryone. We are no better than anyone else.
The rules are to be obeyed and not debated.

1. Ev ery camper must attend camp serv ices.

2. Observ e decency at all times.
3. No w orldly t-shirt w orn by anyone (campers & w orkers) at any time.
4. Boys need a good haircut. Boys, leav e your necklaces, bracelets and earrings
at home.
5. Ladies should w ear only modest dresses, skirts, and culottes (NOT long and
baggy pants). NO mini-skirts, shorts, w alking shorts and pants. NO SLITS in the
dresses or skirts. (Sew them up w ith thread before you come)
6. No questionable music w ill be allow ed.
7. No w orldly books, magazines, etc.
8. No loitering around areas designated for the opposite sex.
9. No physical contact betw een members of the opposite sex.
10. We expect the Pastors and Workers that come to stand behind our rules.
11. The young people w ill NOT be allow ed to hav e their cellphones during the
serv ices for the w hole camp. I f their parents need them, they can contact their
pastors.
12. Campers w ill not be allow ed to leav e the campsite.
13. I f any camper needs medical attention, inform immediately the camp
chairman.
14. Smoking, drinking liquor w ill automatically expel a camper.
15. Maintain a good attitude and be activ ely involved to ev ery activity.
16. This could be the most important three days of your life so, make the most out
of this three-day ev ent.
