1. What do you think is the reason why people choose to go mountaineering than to
stay at home? It's enjoyable. Sure, remaining at home is safe, but life
becomes monotonous if you only do safe activities. It is one of, if not the
finest, feelings in the world when you eventually reach the summit of a
mountain. Whether the peak is Everest or something only a few thousand
feet tall, it is a big sense of accomplishment. Have you ever seen
photographs taken from a mountain's peak? They pale in comparison to
actually being up there and witnessing it firsthand. Yes, mountain climbing
is difficult and risky, but that only adds to the fun.

2. Aside from physical fitness, how does mountaineering benefit you? Mental
health and well-being: Climbing has a variety of health benefits in addition
to physical ones. It boosts self-confidence, mental agility, and self-
awareness. It is a wonderful stress reliever and a full-body workout, so it is
beneficial to your overall health.
