RENT AGREEMENT

This deed of Rent Agreement is made at Patna on this 08thday


of September, 2021 Between

AND

called the tenant.

The expression of both the parties shall mean and include e


their successors, administrators, legal representatives and
assigns etc.

Whereas the tenant has taken on rent one Build up CHHOTI


commencing from 01 September 2021 for the period of 36
months and it shall be carry or further extended with prior
permission on landlord or called first party on the following
term and conditions as under
In the following terms and conditions have been settled
between both the parties under:-

1. That the TENANT shall pay the said rent monthly and
regularly in advance to the said LANDLORD ON EVERY
6TH DAY of each English calendar month.
2. Three Month rent given in advance (7500/ Seven
thousand five hundred only) and after three month
rent 3000(three Thousand Only ) will be payable .
3. That the Electricity charges will be paid by the tenant
extra to the above said rent.
4. That the tenant will use the said property for the
purpose of residence , he/they will not misuse in
any manner.
5. That the TENANT SHALL NOT SUBLET OR PART WITH
POSSESSION OF THE SAID Premises to any other
person.
6. That the TENANT shall not do any commitment against
the law and regulation of MCD or any authority
concerned in the said property.
7. That the TENANT shall not make any kind of alteration
or additional construction in the said premises without
any written consent of the LANDLORD.
8. That if the TENANT shall fail to pay the rent of one
month regularly then the LANDLORD shall have full
right to vacate the said premises from the TENANT.
9. That if the TENANT will vacate the said premises
before the expiry of the tenancy period, the TENANT
will give one month notice to the LANLORD does the
same then the LANLORD shall have to give one month
notice to the said TENANT.
10. That the both the parties and family members shall be
bounded with the terms and conditions of this rent
agreement.
