Inspection Detail:

Comprehensive on-site gearbox housing inspection of Tank 3 (Coke Room) at TCCEC conducted to observe possible
faults/problems. We have inspected gearbox housing and all the elements with our findings.

Observation

 Loud noise
 Tank vibration

Possible Causes

 Lip seals damage

 Entry of water
 Bearing failure
 Teflon shaft bush failure

Action Required/Recommendation

 Complete cleaning of gearbox hosing.

 New Bearing installation. (if required)
 New Lip seals installation. (if required)
 Old grease removed.
 New bearing greasing.
 New Teflon shaft bush installation. (if required)
