Memo No: - CE-I/SE(HQ)/SDE(W)/2021/ 4o% 66 Dated: S 1o/909 SUB:- Request for issuance of completion certificate in respect of affordable residential plotted colony under DDJAY over an area measuring 15 acre: Licence No. 55 of 2019 dated 08.03.2019 In Sector-5, Sohna, District Gurugram being developed by Regional Construction Pvt. Ltd. Ref: Kindly refer to your office memo no. LC-3723/JE(MK)/2021/1914 dated 27.01.2021, on the subject cited above. ‘The service plan indicating the development works completed by the developers for Affordable Residential Plotted Colony developed by Regional Construction Pvt. Ltd. in Sector-5, Sohna, District Gurugram over area measuring 15 acres (Licence No. 55 of 2019 dated 08.03.2019) have been got verified and are returned herewith, with the following remarks/ comments:- SFL 1 ‘The external services with respect to affordable residential plotted colony developed by Regional Construction Pvt. Ltd. over an area measuring 15 acres (Licence No. 55 RS of 2019 dated 08.03.2019) in Sector-5, Sohna, have been got checked and mo reportedly laid at site and are operational/ functional. The services include Water Supply, Sewerage, SWD, Roads, Street Lighting and Hort. 2 The plans enclosed bearing drawing no. Nil (05 Nos.) dated 25.02.2019 and as supplied vide DTCP, Haryana, memo no. LC-3723/JE(MK)/2021/1914 dated 27.01.2021, showing the proposal and services therein have been considered to be correct for the purpose of services only. 3 The title and the name of the Licence, area under Licence and various pockets shown on the plans issued to Regional Construction Pvt. Ltd. may be examined by your Office. 4 The services will be laid by the colonizer up to alignment of proposed external services. All the link connection with the HSVP system will be done by the colonizer at his own cost with the prior approval of the competent authority. In case pumping is required, the same will be done by the colonizer at his own cost. 5 _Level/extent of the services to be provided by the HSVP i.e, water supply, sewerage etc. will be proportionate to EDC deposited, 6 It may be made clear to the colonizer that roof top rain harvesting system shall be maintained by them properly and kept operational all the time. 7 It may be ensured by the colonizer that Solar Water Heating system be installed at appropriate place as per instructions/norms of HAREDA. 8 In case, some additional structures are required to be constructed, as decided by HSVP at a later stage, the same will be binding upon the colonizer. The status of existing master services in front of Residential Plotted Colony are as under:- i) 100 mm i/d rising main of water supply line has been laid by the firm upto their premises which is proposed to be connected to main HSVP/ULB Water Supply Line to be laid by HSVP on dividing road of Sec-4/5 through 24 Mtr. wide internal Sector Road of Sec-5, Sohna, The colonizer has constructed Under Ground Tank of 500 KLD Capacity with the requirement of standby arrangement of fire fighting with machinery which are functional. The drinking water arrangement will be made by the colonizer at his own cost till the water supply arrangement will be made by HSVP/ULB. ii) For disposal of sewerage, firm ahs provided 01 No. Sewerage Treatment Plant of 650 KLD capacity. The treated water is being utilized for flushing and as well to irrigate the landscape area for which separate network has been provided. The overflow from the STP is being disposed off through 200 mm i/d SW pipe line into proposed HSVP/ULB Master Sewer Line on dividing raod of Sec-4/5 through 24 Mtr. wide Internal Sector Road of Sec-5, Sohna. Il) For disposal of rain water, firm has provided 13 No. Rain Water Harvesting Structures to recharge non-contained Rain Water as shown on plan. The firm has laid 400 mm i/d RCC Pipe NP-3 Storm Water Drainage Line & proposed to be connected with proposed Master SWD Line to be provided on dividing road of Sec- 4/5, Sohna. Only over low of the Storm Water will be disposed off, iv) Approach to the colony is from dividing road of Sec-4/5 through 24 Mtr. wide internal road of Sec-5, Sohna. It also be made clear to the firm/ colonizer that they will be fully responsible to make the arrangement of water supply, disposal of overflow of sewer, Storm Water Drainage and proper approach to their colony till such time, the services are laid by HSVP/ULB at the cost of colonizer. The Superintending Engineer, HSVP, Circle-II, Gurugram, has reported that the external services of the colony shown on the plans have been laid by the firm complete in all respect and are as per approved estimate. The services laid are operational/functional and suit with the master services laid/ to be DA/- Completion Plans (05) eel aa Superintending Engineer (HQ), for Chief Enginger-I, HSVP, seen Dated:- Endst.
