JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

DEPARTMENT: Business Services Division


LOCATION: Manila – Main Office
4th Floor, Don Lorenzo Building, 889 P. Paredes St. Morayta, Manila

REPORTING TO: Operations Officer

JOB PURPOSE: To support the Business Services Division in managing the students
and the lecturers and ensure that Service Agreements with partner
institutions are met.

DUTIES AND • Monitoring and reporting the students’ attendance and


RESPONSIBILITIES: performance to the company’s partner institutions.

• Facilitate townhall meetings to ensure students and partner


institutions are satisfied with our services and address any
questions or concerns that they may have.

• Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by


clients.

• Monitoring company performance against service level


agreements and flagging potential issues.

• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs


are fulfilled effectively.

• Ensure that expenses are within the set budget and are
liquidated in a timely manner.

OTHERS: • Set agenda, chair and minute internal strategic/administrative


meetings

• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned


• There may be occasions when the post holder’s role and skill set
may be required elsewhere within the company, so flexibility will
be essential.

QUALIFICATIONS: • Preferably a college graduate of any 4-year course from


reputable colleges or universities in the Philippines

• Has strong verbal and written communication skills (English and


Filipino)

• Enthusiasm for the company and industry

• High standard of numeracy and literacy

• Ability to analyze and clearly present statistical material

• Excellent organization skills – meticulous and well-organized with


a proven ability to multitask

• Excellent communication/presentation skills

• Great customer service skills

• Hardworking, with an ability to meet strict deadlines

• Good interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality

• Creative and imaginative

• Excellent work ethic

• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office etc)

• Willingness to learn, able to take criticism and be self-critical
