Confirm if your PC is an Autopilot device. If yes, follow the instructions mentioned in Reset my AD
Password from Windows Sign-in Screen (Windows Autopilot).
If your password is expired, forgotten, or account is locked, use OnePass to fix yourself without needing to
contact EY Technology.
Make sure you are registered with PingID. If not, register now, refer - PingID First-time registration
instruction. Yubikey authentication will not work for OnePass access. You must use mobile, email, or voice.

Alternatively, you may refer the below details for step by step instructions:
1. Click Reset my password in the Sign in screen to begin unlocking account or change password.
If your computer is locked and you do not see the Reset my password option at the sign
in screen, click Switch User (at the bottom left corner) or Restart (at the bottom right corner,
click Power button > Restart) the computer.
2. You will be prompted to authenticate with PingID, use any of the below to authenticate:
If you are unable to swipe in time, you will need to enter the One-time passcode in the EY
Remote Connect text box.
If Email is registered as your primary method, enter the OTP in the text box that you
received over email in the text box.
If Voice (Phone) is registered as your primary method, enter the OTP in the text box that
you have received over phone call.
Note: If you see Zscaler login window now, ignore and continue to the next step.
5. From the OnePass: Login page, choose the Authentication Method. You must be registered
with PingID.
Select PingID Authentication and use your registered primary method to authenticate:
Swipe up to authenticate if PingID Mobile App is registered as your primary
authentication method.
Enter the Passcode (received over email or call) to authenticate if email or voice is
registered as your primary authentication method. Click Continue.
6. Now that you are logged into OnePass, you can unlock your account or reset your password.
Note: Contact EY Technology if you are unable to login to OnePass.
