Job Description

- The Future Leaders Programme is a rotational programme where new hires will work on
rotation in various roles critical to the merchandising function. This is a unique opportunity to work
across channel merchandising, category management, and growth at a rapidly growing retail firm.

 Independently own, execute tasks end to end across people, process, and technology and
deliver KPIs/ KRAs collaborating with multiple stakeholders and functions within the
organization
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with senior
management
 High degree of ownership, perseverance, customer obsession, and willingness to get your
hands dirty
 Ability to communicate actionable insights, trends and measure performance
 Utilize data-centric approach to manage key drivers of revenue growth

dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
 Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 Strong sense of fashion – ability to spot trends and convert that into actionable insights
