- The Future Leaders Programme is a rotational programme where new hires will work on
rotation in various roles critical to the merchandising function. This is a unique opportunity to work
across channel merchandising, category management, and growth at a rapidly growing retail firm.
Independently own, execute tasks end to end across people, process, and technology and
deliver KPIs/ KRAs collaborating with multiple stakeholders and functions within the
organization
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with senior
management
High degree of ownership, perseverance, customer obsession, and willingness to get your
hands dirty
Ability to communicate actionable insights, trends and measure performance
Utilize data-centric approach to manage key drivers of revenue growth
Required skills
