Xtep Holding is currently operating brand Xtep, KSWISS, Palladium, Saucony and Merrell under its
umbrella. We also have Xtep Kid dedicated line with more than 100 points of sale.

The peer will get firsthand insight about the working of various stream in retail mainly operation, supply
chain, ecommerce, and business development. The program is specially articulated to develop future
leader who can grow and inculcate the vision of 500 store. The module will be mentored by leader who
have more than 10+ year of experience in domain along with leader from HQ who have been successfully
operating thousands plus of profitable stores across world. The growth horizon is unlimited and can be
mapped to passion and ambition of candidate who is willing to take risk.
Responsibilities:
Help Area Managers complete daily tasks (e.g. Implementing new policies)
Understand each department’s (e.g. Merchandise, Sales) daily processes and goals
Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry)
Get familiar with personnel duties
Maximizing sales and minimizing cost
Getting involved in recruitment and motivating staff
Managing a sales team
Selling to customers
Merchandising
Traveling to different EBO stores and participating in daily operations as required
Participate in company’s strategic planning
Help Area Managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
Keep track of business revenue
Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
Create and give presentations
Required Skills:
Must have - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT), communication skill
Strong analytical and numerical skills
The ability to work well as part of a team and to build and maintain effective working relationships
with a range of people
Sound decision-making skills and the ability to plan and priorities
The ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
Must be self-motivated and enjoy a sense of pride in their accomplishments.
Superb attention to detail.
Strong leadership skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Willingness to work overtime if required.
