  Fat-soluble vitamins: Vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, and vitamin K

- vitamins that dissolve in fat and tend to accumulate in the body

 Water-soluble vitamins: Vitamin C and the B-complex vitamins, such as vitamin

B6, vitamin B12, and folate.

- dissolve in water before they can be absorbed by the body, therefore cannot be stored

Our body was composed of different kinds of cells and the cells inside our bodies are

specialized, this means that each type of cell performs a unique and special function. And all of

the cells in our body composed of DNA except for red blood cell and cornified cell. And every

DNA composed of chromosome and at the end of chromosome there’s a telomere that protects

the DNA of entanglement, but every time our cell duplicates our telomere become deteriorate

that affect our DNA to our cell then our body. the more damage we take in our body the faster

telomere to deteriorate
