=>And in our camping, sobrang saya ko that time, that I was able to join such an activity. I tried so many things that I’ve never thought I would’ve, and I think it will be one of the most memorable time in my high school life. It was not the first time experienced camping, and most of the camping’s I have joined we usually do it one week or 3 days, it’s one of the big activity in our church, and I’m so thankful that I experience it here in our school. Got to experience an outdoor activity like camping and hiking with
my classmates is so memorable and so much breath taking. It was so good that we have able to do bonding in our last months in this school year, and even though we have so much misunderstandings to each other, we still made to cooperate and to have unity which made our camping so much worth it and so much fun. We got to learn from each other, we shared our own talents, knowledge, and other things that we can do. And in our hiking to Malantao/Dumpsite, kahit nakaka pagod na, ginawa pa din natin until the end, at naka dating tayo duon sa dumpsite with a smile on our faces. At habang nag lalakad tayo patungo duon, we saw the beautiful views. As we get there, na wala agad yung pagod naming, because of how beautiful the place is, and it’s so unexpected to witnessed those, because from the word Dumpsite (basurahan) mga basura talaga ang papasok sa isip natin. Pero kabaliktaran ang Nakita natin duon, though it was full of trash, sobrang ganda din naman ng tanawin, specially yung kubo na gawa sa plastic bottle. And it made me realized how important to recycle trashes. Amiler, jhimrey grade 9 - sardonyx

As a covid student before we really didn’t enjoy our high
school days, but we are so thankful na nuong time na nag face to face na ulit, we are given the chance to experience such an activity. It was unexpected and unplanned but still we did our activities and we all cooperated. In our camping we had so much fun, starting palang sa pagtayo sa mga tent, hanggang sa pag ready ng mga gagamitin, at sap ag handa ng mga pag kain. In our camping we learned a lot of things such cooperative, unity. If we have those in our group, we can make a new creativity and a memorable experience in our lives. And next, in our hiking. Pumunta tayo sa dumpsite sa Malantao. We really did not expect to see those. Like, how they recycle the plastic bottles, how they use biodegradable trash to make the soil healthy.

As for me, I did not able to join the camping
and the hiking because of some reason. Our topic is about recreational activities, some of the examples about recreational is hiking, camping, mountaineering, and other outdoors activity. Even though I did not able to join our activity in school, I still have many experiences about this activity. And as what I’ve learned and observed it was a very fun activity for us, specially to the young peoples. And it’s so very refreshing, like we got to watch new things and can observe new environment, and we can learn a lot of things, specially about the creativity we made while we’re doing this activity.

(Recreational Activities) The positive outlook on recreation is unlimited and endless in our world. There are great things that not only improve health and wellness, but the building of self-esteem and stress reduction. Like what we did these past weeks, the camping and hiking. Most of us feels so tired and exhausted because of our stressful academics, but because of our activity tayo ay naka pag rest, even though it’s just one night and one day, still we atleast naka hinga tayo, like wala tayong ibang iniisip kundi yung activities natin. And in our camping, we have so much fun, like we sang, we talked, we played like there is no tomorrow. That time is so worth for us, and so memorable because this is the first outdoor activity that we did, and we experienced in our high school life. And in our hiking, we learned a lot of things, such as how to do a proper segregation, how can be a glass become a brick, and like that beautiful hut that made by a plastic bottle. And it’s so very interesting to know more about recreation.

NARRATIVE REPORT IN MAPEH (Recreational Activities)
Outdoor recreation or outdoor activity refers to leisure pursuit
engaged in the outdoors, often in semi-natural settings out of town. The primary purposes for outdoor recreation are beneficial use and pleasurable appreciation. Our activity is the most unforgettable moment in our lives. Recreational activity is a very fun activity and it is so useful and helpful for us, specially if you are like that introvert person, this activity may help you engaged and interact to many peoples, it can also be an exercise for you. Specially our hiking to Malantao at dumpsite, it’s so amazing and so beautiful, the forest around, and the huts that made by a plastic, the brick that made by a glass, it’s so beautiful and I also want to know how they can made those. As for me, I had learned a lot of things in our recreational
activity, and it was my first time to join such an activity in my high school days because of the pandemic. And it was fun that I can be able to bond with my classmates, even though it was just a short time, but we learned a lot from it. I know that I’m not the only one that so thankful that we can able to do this activity and to experience the camping and hiking. Specially in our hiking to dumpsite, it was so beautiful there, the view while we’re walking, no matter how far and tiring it was we still survived and reach our destination. And I wasn’t really expecting what I saw there, because I thought I would just only saw a lot of trash but I was wrong because a what I’ve observed it was so beautiful there, specially to that bahay kubo that made by a plastic bottle, it was so nice to stay there, and the looks is so cool.
